EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY:
- Any product qualified for exchange or return must be in brand new condition.
- Before returning a product, please contact our customer service department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with details to receive a Return Authorisation #
- Items must be returned with appropriate tags and/or boxes.
- Return process must begin within 10 days of receiving item.
- No refund on customer error in regards to size or style.
- All returns must be sent back by Canada Post unless advised otherwise.
- Any refund or credit will be for purchase price only.
- Shipping cannot be refunded for the purchase, return or exchange. Buyer assumes the cost of all shipping.
- Buyer assumes cost of any other fees that may occur within shipping.
- All credits or refunds are subject to an evaluation period.
- Any customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
