• Any product qualified for exchange or return must be in brand new condition.

  • Items must be returned with appropriate tags and/or boxes.
  • Return process must begin within 10 days of receiving item.
  • No refund on customer error in regards to size or style.
  • All returns must be sent back by Canada Post unless advised otherwise.
  • Any refund or credit will be for purchase price only.
